There are several unsolved serious crimes against youngsters, mostly young women, in and around Perth. It is something that alarms Western Australians who at the same time have seen innocent people convicted, who sometimes have spent several years behind bars and, to decrease confidence even more, show that they were set up by corrupt police or shoddy investigations. Rumours are rife around the town and the public’s confidence in the police has nose-dived. Speaking for myself, I have found the West Australian police to be very helpful on occasions, and willing to look at any information that might help them in these cases - except one detective that is. Nevertheless there is no smoke without fire and it has been revealed that WA police have harboured some seriously corrupt individuals as well as petty ones. (9)
I’d heard about Julie Cutler’s disappearance a few years after I returned to Western Australia to live. It was at about the time that Sarah Spiers disappeared from Claremont (an adjoining suburb to Cottesloe) in the hour or so after Australia Day midnight. Sarah was the first of three young women to vanish from the streets of the ritzy suburb in a space of 14 months (2x7). Police later said that they suspected Sarah to be the first victim of what they dubbed 'the Claremont Serial Killings’. (9) Two of the girls’ bodies were discovered in bushland north and south of Perth. Sarah Spiers has not been found.
At the time I felt that there was a link between the disappearance of Julie Cutler and Sarah Spiers but I didn’t know why. It was only when I found out about the sunset swim at Heath Ledger’s wake that I felt urged to look for a connection between Julie Cutler and Sarah Spiers in earnest. I now hear that police suspect that Julie Cutler may have been the first victim of what they are still calling 'a serial killer'.
I was thinking how the initials of Indian Ocean give IO, who was a bovine Goddess, later associated (by the Egyptians and Greeks) with Isis. They said that Apollo was her son and that she discovered the drug of immortality and taught Apollo the art of healing. And I connect Io with the beginning of Iona (Iona), the name of the girls’ college that two of the suspected victims of the ‘Claremont Serial Killer’ attended. The college, in neighbouring Mosman Park, is named after the sacred Scottish isle of Iona, founded by St Columba, who is the patron saint of the Iona Presentation College. The third suspected victim of the 'serial killer' vanished on St Columba’s feast day - 9th June 1996.
Obviously Iona School is a Christian College and though it seems an unlikely detail, I think it should be noted that Julie Cutler’s initials are J.C. One more point that may have a bearing is that instead of being the esoteric calling, ‘the son of the widow’ Julie was ‘the daughter of the widower’, which is yet another reversal (see above).

And I wondered…What would be the number of days between the disappearances of Julie Cutler and Sarah Spiers? And it was 2777 (not an inconspicuous number if you are a student of mystery numbers); but then when I also saw that this translates to exactly 7 years, 7 months and 7 days - 777 well! 3x7, powerful, powerful invocation numbers that together with the Let It Be (LIB) thing shout loud: LIBER 777 - Aleister Crowley's beastly book! And I'm thinking, if all this is a coincidence then it’s an astonishing, one!
