At precisely 11.11 a.m. GMT, on 21st December 2012, the Northern hemisphere's Winter Solstice, a very significant astronomical conjunction will occur that the Maya people of Central American call 'the Sacred Tree'. The event involves the Solstice sun forming a crossway on the equator of our Milky Way galaxy. In the iconography of religions across the world a sacred tree represents the same thing as a Cross does to Christians. As the sun is a traditional symbol for a king this coming spectacle may be considered ‘a King's Cross‘ and identifiable with the suspension or sacrifice of a hero or saviour upon a cross.
This coming event has stirred much debate. Some say it means nothing, some think it will be the end of the world, others see it as being a new beginning. There are countless opinions. Personally I don't have one but whatever this event is it does mean something. Even the Roman Church has chosen to aim for it, all be it surreptitiously (as it usually does in occult matters).(1)
There is certainly much about this cosmic event that relates to activity and time and depending upon ones point of view, both of them stopping - Solstice means static sun. When this happens in such a majestic way it inevitably becomes a big concern for sun worshipping religions as well as their satellites. Perhaps it could be read as a Great King of Terror in the skies?

Anyway... Let's roll out another one:
The year of the great seventh number will be accomplished.
It will appear at the time of the games of slaughter;

I'm well aware that old Nostradamus (whose names give Michael and Mary) is constantly wheeled out to claim that every major event is the last but there does seem to be something in this passage from the celebrated star-gazer. They all say that, I know, but there are strong clues pointing to this current era, the 2012 shift and the London Olympic Games. The latter is a very potent candidate for
'The Games of Slaughter' and I reckon that this is all supported by none other than that renowned British visionary, William Blake. Let's have a see:
Seven centuries ago, the Olympic site, Stratford, became the beastly slaughterhouse for East London - and elsewhere - after the previous butchery centre, St. Nicholas Shambles became too obnoxious and plague ridden - "Great beasts abominable and filthy stinks..." (Knightsbridge took the west end's - still does some might say). Bow, on the other side of the River Lea, then known as, 'Stratford-le-Bow, Stratford-atte-Bow (and other names), specialised in slaughtering human beings as well as animals - On 27th June 1556, eleven men and two women, known as the Stratford Martyrs, were carted from Newgate prison and burned at the stake where the church of St John's now stands - so almost certainly either on a ley line or a centre of energy then, which are favourite sites for stadiums too. (2) It may be that the deep and far-reaching ground works involved in the construction of the Olympic sites and the subsequent unearthing of bones is what Nostradamus is referring to in the last line of the verse:
"When the buried will go out of their tombs."
'The games of slaughter' is a translation of Nostradamus' French term,
"Jeux d'Hecatombe":

Non esloigne du grand eage milliesme
Que les entres sortiront de leur tombe.
A hecatombe was a Greek term for the sacrificial slaughter of 100 oxen - later any large number of animals. The fourth day of the ancient Olympic Games began with a hecatomb. Similar sacricial rites were performed (long before Greece was even thought about) during the athletic contests of ancient Mesopotamia (Sumer, Akkadia, Babylon, Assyria) which was a land between the rivers - like the London Olympic site. Mesopotamia is roughly equivalent to present day Iraq and parts of Turkey, Syria, Khūzestān and Iran. (3

My dowsing research has shown that every village green or 'common' that I have visited has streams and whorls of energy in them - often more than one. In the case of Marsh Baldon's in Oxfordshire there are many. The 'entrances' to the green are guarded by the heavenly gatekeepers St. Lawrence at Toot Baldon and St. Peter's at Marsh Baldon.
(3) The last line: "When the buried will go out of their tombs" could also be attributed to a great explosion of some sort; or perhaps the exhumations that have been and are going on at both sites - the Olympic stadium and the Millenium dome - as they were at St. Nicholas Shambles. A 'Shambles' was a place where animals were butchered in medieval times.
Stratford suffered greatly during the WWII blitz.
A remarkable thought is that the 2012 conjunction and the Pisces to Aquarius transition are actually a re-telling of the death and rebirth of the saviour 'king' viewed through the eyes of the old seer. The whole quatrain when looked at like this has a stunning accuracy.His references to: The Hecatombe - the slaughter of animals is very possibly a deft reference to the death of one astrological age and the birth of another - zodiac means 'circle of animals'. At the beginning of the quatrain he has'the games of slaughter' then 'the millenial age' before the 'buried will go out of their tombs'. Woven into his verses are references to circles, games and the millenium.
