My light being experience

It was on the July 20th 2004 I had an experience that involved me seeing what I now know was a light being.
I had gone to bed on this evening, my wife was sleeping on my right. I fell asleep and was suddenly awoken by a very strong presence in my bedroom. I looked and to my left appeared a being that was glowing gold yellowy colour.
I tried to wake up my wife but I could not wake her. I shook her but still she did not wake up. By this time I was very scared my adrenaline was rushing I could feel it. The light being then started to walk towards me, or drift, I can’t remember how it moved but it did.
As it came towards me I remembered what Mary Rodwell had said to me, ‘To be at peace with your fears’. I remembered every thing she had said to me. ‘Try to talk to them,’ I did this and it came closer. I then blacked out and I didn’t know any more until the next morning.
I wasn’t aware of any time loss; there could have been some at that moment. It doesn’t scare me too much now I know I can email Mary. She gives me good advice. I now log any strange experiences down as they happen. They may not make sense now but in the future I’m sure they will.
I would like other experiencers to contact me,
I would also like to mention Mary’s book AWAKENING which is a god send to have. It tells you ways to cope and how to try to be at peace with these experiences. I know how hard it is.
