INTRODUCTION TO ARTICLES Please read before proceeding
The Italian-American photojournalist and investigative reporter, Paola Harris, sent the following article to me in an email. Paola teaches both photojournalism and history in the U.S. and Italy. She is, as well, the International liaison director for the Exopolitics Institute and teaches on-line courses in Exopolitics.
Exopolitics is defined as 'the study of the key individuals, institutions and political processes associated with extraterrrestrial life'.
Paola is also the author of Connecting the Dots, a bloody brilliant book full of fascinating interviews with Col. Philip Corso, Zecharia Sitchin, Dr. Michael Wolf, Dr. Steven Greer, Sgt. I was so impressed with what one of her students had to say in response to the interview Edgar Mitchell gave to Paola that I sought permission to print it here, and it was duly given. So very many thanks to James, Paola and Edgar. So here's Paola:
I am so thrilled teaching Exopolitics on line for the Institute (Class: Quantum Cosmology) because such magnificent dialogue is happening with my students. I asked the students to react to this interview.
We are on lesson 5 and the thesis is:
Who speaks for the Human species?

** Interview with Dr. Edgar Mitchell, Apollo14 Astronaut.
So who does speak for planet Earth?
Paola :You are saying that there are more similarities than differences.
Mitchell: Of course It’s the cultural differences. It is not an intrinsic differences It is like I said in my talk last night, ”the transcendent experience is common to every culture in the world” and the transcendent experience is brotherly love, nature,harmony, the unity and cultures in trying to define it try to define an external deity as opposed to the process.
Paola : It is easier that way because you don’t have any responsibility. I guess a proverb could be : You can blame it on the devil or God. It is a lack of taking responsibility for who we are.
Mitchell: Well, that’s right and our ignorance and it is based on the egos we have. It is the unwillingness. Transcendence gets you beyond ego. If you go beyond ego, you see all of this in a more decent perspective and you can start to put all pieces together. We haven’t done that yet. Not as a civilization.
Paola: That is why you think that contact is not likely until we get there. Right? Humanity as a species is not there. You mention in your talk yesterday if they ask where you are from, you don’t say from Earth, you say from LA.
Mitchell: Yes. That’s true.
Paola:. So do you think there has to be a one world kind of political situation?
Mitchell: Of course that is what got to happen.
Paola: People have some commonality; right?

This is a response to the question 'Who speaks for the Human species?' from James, one of my students, that I would like to share with you. ~ Paola
The Edgar Mitchell ‘Quantum Cosmology’ article is very interesting indeed and poses many powerful thoughts for response. “Who do these cosmic cultures go to and who represents humanity on Earth?”
Ultimately, all things are in harmony as viewed from the perspective of the Creator. It views all things as objective and is driven by the ‘love’ force. It only knows how to ‘create.’ Whether this creation may appear painful, destructive, sad, happy, good, or evil… it is creation none the less. It is creatures that have the gift of consciousness, such as humankind, that inject the emotional aspect and logic into the action taking place. The Creator is experiencing itself through us. We are all aspects of the Creator and it is experiencing itself through us.
If one works through the higher cosmic laws, the Law of One, the Law of Cause and Effect, The Law of Attraction to name a few… one can see that the laws binding are quantum based. They are intertwined with the fabric of existence. Ultimately, there is only one law, the law of ‘love.’ And it is this law that drives all things. Even the craft of some cosmic beings are driven by the divine ‘love’ force.
As one moves down the evolutionary chain of vibration the laws become more self centred and ego based. These laws are driven by limited frameworks and the agendas of others to manipulate and control. The ego vibration is strong. It is not until the ego and the concept of titles are removed that a shift can take place.
It is essential to reach an empty space. By removing titles, ego, even thought, and becoming empty, a space is created for possibilities. Do not think of things, think of possibilities. Think of vibrations of consciousness.
It is important to understand that humanity is far greater than they could ever imagine. As I have stated in the past, the human body is only a vehicle. When one is born they pass through the birth canal… and when one passes away they die as such. These actions are both star gate actions. Passing from a spiritual, light conscious realm into the realm of the physical and then back to the light again. The physical body is a star gate in its own self. Just being in the physical form creates a framework for laws to be followed. So as one can see, depending on the vibrational level being experienced will determine the type of laws being established.
From the perspective of the Creator there is always harmony. From other perspectives there will appear chaos and disharmony. There will not be harmony between cosmic cultures as such. There will always be the movement of matter and chaos will occur with this movement. Agendas will play out, give and take will occur, needs, wants, desires, good and bad. These are all experiences of consciousness, not things. Move away from things and view things as possibilities of consciousness. One of the most important lessons I gained from my interactions with star people was that ‘just as there are different races of people on planet earth, there are many different races of being throughout the universe.’ There are millions of races existing in the infinite sea of possibility that is the Creator… that is God. Unless one is at complete ‘one’ with the Creator there will always be chaos or disharmony as such. Enlightenment is being at ‘one.’ You are the Creator as such. The planet Earth is a mere reflection of what is taking place on a much larger scale. Some races are existing on higher levels with a closer relationship to the Creator than others.
Humankind can be learning to understand themselves. Or they can be learning to better understand themselves as the Creator. It all depends on how one is to view the process. Laws are a choice. They are still a framework that is created. Even reincarnation is a choice. Enlightenment is a choice. It is possible to transcend in only one lifetime. This is a choice. This has been evidenced on this planet and accounts are written in ancient texts pertaining to this. YOU are the Creator. YOU are the ONE! It is not until humanity understands this and realizes that they are not separate that their true place in the universe will then become recognized. YOU are the universe. YOU are GOD!!!
Current laws do not match with the laws on the quantum level. The law of gravity for example may appear valid in the current dimension. However, on the quantum level things are completely different. What goes up does not have to come down. Stimulate a particle in one place, and that same particle can be in another place of the universe and respond accordingly. So what may appear as magic and mysticism in the current realm of experience is a normal process in another. Understanding the basics of quantum law allows one to see how beings can appear in a room or how a craft can dematerialize.
Laws are appropriate for the required vibration and level of existence. The higher one moves along the vibrational chain, the more one can see that the value of laws shift to the point where they do not even exist as they are not required. There is no framework when all things are One. Laws are limitations and limitations do not exist on the level of the Creator.
So who represents humanity on Earth? When this question is asked it reflects that humankind is still operating from a basic framework here. It is essential to move away from this form of thinking. What is representation in the framework of the Creator? There is none! Humankind requires a framework to identify a sense of belonging… even if it means knowing that belonging is to a set of laws. It is not until humankind realizes its true essence of being, that they are the Creator as such, that such questions will not even have to be asked. Belonging just is… nothing more is required.
So who represents humanity on Earth? Who represents the Earth? Thousands of civilizations have come and gone from this planet. The Earth is a womb planet. It seeds life into the cosmos. So the Earth is as much the home to humankind as it is to the thousands of other life forms that have been seeded from it… in the physical sense that is. Ultimately, there is no representation. When ego is removed, when titles are removed, representation does not exist. It is still a label that is being placed to establish some form of belonging.
It was mentioned in the article as to whether contact will place… or maybe humankind will destroy itself first. Every aspect of human society has been, and is, touched by and influenced by a cosmic presence. Star beings are already on the planet; human affairs are being driven by extraterrestrial influences and have been for thousands of years. Knowledge and technology has been seeded into human society, interactions are taking place between groups of people and individuals.
Laws have been created for a number of purposes to facilitate guidance and growth, provide direction and also to control through agendas. As one moves up the vibrational chain the purpose of laws begin to change. Laws of the Galactic Federation and higher evolved beings are designed with greater awareness of the Creator in mind. When one merges with the Creator there are no laws as such.
Such higher laws have been in existence on this planet. Interesting that in ancient Egypt Akhenaten shared laws pertaining to ‘The One.’ It is also known that Akhenaten had links to the stars. This is evidenced through written texts and also through Akhenaten’s physiological make-up. These laws were then dismissed aggressively following his rule to provide a platform of division and separation from the Creator. There is power in unity and weakness in separation.
It may appear that on this planet a one world is being created. Yes, this is occurring. However, it is a one world in division, not inclusion. The one world being created is not bound by love but materialism, dogmas and finance. This only divides people further and creates an illusion of unity in order to satisfy the agendas of a few.
Ultimately, there is no representation for humanity or any being as such. From the perspective of the Creator all are One as the Creator; representation is only a title based on ego and from the level of the Creator there is only space and ego does not exist.
Paola, this has been a very interesting area for discussion. I may have got a little side-tracked here. However, the knowledge came from somewhere and I let it flow. I hope this is the type of discussion you were looking for. Open the mind as the ride has just begun…!!!
