40 days and 40 nights later (2 May) Cyclone Nargis devastated Myanmar killing over 34,000 people. Over 27,000 are still missing.
50 days (12 May) later brought the horrendous 7.3 RS earthquake centred on China's Sichuan province has killed over 50,000 people.
20 days (12 April) later was a 7.1 in the Macquarie Island region
If this continues the next stop is 22nd May

There has been an upsurge in visits to an old article about a crop circle in Garsington, Oxfordshire. I used to say that, in my view, Ben Fairhall is, 'one of the best young writers on the net'. I now admit that I made a mistake...and I don't mean it in a competitive way...His work is THE best that I have come across...and not only that, he's one of a tiny number of writers who get it - cutting edge stuff. No dogma, no blinkers, just open and honest investigation and written with humour... and style.

There must be a reason for so much horse-sh*t being promoted in the mainstream media about this so called 'White Horse of Kent'. Gonna tell us guys?
Horsa was a Jute and he did not originate the name 'horse'. It is even doubtful that a white horse was ever the recognised ancient symbol for Kent but it was certainly a symbol for all of these islands long before the template Axis powers first stormed these shores.

Call me naieve but I still expect, even after interminable occasions, professional journalists to get their facts straight; especially when they are amongst the action and armed with paper, pen, recorder and off-siders but Jon Ronson makes gaffs a-plenty in (cue Paul Frees) :
As for Robbie William's mate, Brandon...well it seems that his mind is firmly locked - and for a clearly intelligent guy, that's sad. No matter how he tries to persuade himself that infinite possibilities do not exist and that life has only locked and boxed facets, or that all abductees are egotistical attention seekers, the facts, I am very pleased to report, demonstrate that he's wrong, very wrong. Both Brandon's and Jon's assumptions about Ann and Jason could not be further from the truth. A few nights, sometimes just one, spent in an isolated house in the wild edge of the Lincolnshire fens have put payed to many a die-hard's certainties.
Ann, Jason, and the incidents they report, as I have said many times, are authentic; and yes Jason is more than capable of reading minds and creaming cameras and other electronic equipment.
Stay with it Robbie; I promise you that this time you have met the real thing.
