A friend forwarded this to me and I immediately thought that you and your viewers might like to take a look.
It makes for a fascinating read and I have not found anything here that contradicts my own knowledge with the exception of the authors assertion that North West Cape VLF base is now degraded in importance.
My own work in Bright Skies has demonstrated to my satisfaction that NW Cape is in fact still a VERY important operation.
Further there is much included in this paper that is new to me but makes sense and generally improves one's
knowledge base on things Australian, American, and Alien ???
