* Please note the original formation was vandalised between its appearance and when the photograph was   taken. Below is a diagram of the formation as it was on 24th June 1997. No sign of any footprints or other marks in the very wet clay, or any crop damage other than wind damage, was evident. The weather had been very wet and windy for the previous days.
